Terms of Service

These Terms govern the provision of the CourtM8 white-label application and related services to club operators (“Client”). By engaging CourtM8, Client agrees:

1. License. CourtM8 grants Client a non-exclusive license to use the branded app and admin panel for its club.
2. Fees. One-time setup fee plus monthly subscription fee as quoted. Invoices are due within 10 days.
3. Price Adjustments. Subscription fees are fixed for the first twenty-four (24) months from the date of activation. After this period, CourtM8 may adjust subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated with at least sixty (60) days’ notice. Clients who continue use beyond that date are deemed to accept the new rates.
4. Service. Hosting and routine updates are included. Support is provided on business days with a target response time of 24 hours.
5. Data. Client is the controller of player data. CourtM8 is the processor. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available upon request.
6. Intellectual Property. Source code and platform IP remain property of CourtM8. Client owns its brand assets and data.
7. Uptime. Best-effort availability; scheduled maintenance may occur with notice.
8. Termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, Client may request data export.
9. Compliance. Client is responsible for operating its club in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the app stores.
