CourtM8 provides a white‑label booking and community application for sports clubs. We act as a data processor for club operators under applicable laws (including GDPR). Clubs determine the categories of personal data processed in their branded apps.

Data We Process

• Account data: name, email, avatar.
• Usage data: bookings, matches, tournament participation.
• Device data: app version, push token.

Purpose

To operate the service, deliver push notifications, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Sub‑processors

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, hosting, and messaging. Data may be stored in EU regions where available.

Retention

We retain data as instructed by the club operator and as required by law.

Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion via their club operator or by contacting us at privacy@courtm8.com.
